Data requests
Request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with a Bahra Digital product.
Submit a request
Email support@bahradigital.com with the subject “Data request.” Include the product name, the type of request and enough information for us to locate the relevant record.
Do not email passwords, full payment-card details or a copy of your government ID. If additional verification is required, we will explain a safer method.
What happens next
We will review the request, may ask for reasonable verification and respond according to applicable law and product requirements. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping.
